Absolutely. All levels are welcome. Sessions are designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re brand new to Pilates, returning after a break, or looking for supportive movement that helps you build strength, mobility, and confidence.
I currently teach weekly mat Pilates classes at ZT Fitness in Stuart, Florida on Fridays at 10:15 AM. I also offer private sessions, small group classes, and Pilates for wellness events or organizations by request.
